The laband development
We develop recipes and flavour profiles, cook lab samples, scale to industrial batches and hand over the technological documentation.
- 01
Recipe development
From brief to a reproducible formula: composition, acidity, sweetness, cost.
- 02
Flavour profile
Building and tuning the profile for the audience and the shelf.
- 03
Lab samples
Three trial samples in the first iteration, tastings and revisions.
- 04
Optimisation
Tuning taste, colour and cost to your line and market.
- 05
Scale-up
From pilot batch to industrial volume without taste drift.
- 06
Technological documentation
Recipe, specifications and implementation recommendations.
From brief to production run
Four steps. Real timelines, not marketing ones.
- 011 day
Brief
You describe the taste, the volume and the shelf you're aiming at. We tell you straight whether it's feasible at your cost target.
- 027–14 days
Laboratory
Our technologist assembles three versions of the formula. You taste them blind and choose a direction, not a compliment.
- 035 days
Pilot batch
A pilot cook on the production line. We verify that a recipe which worked in a flask survives at two tonnes.
- 0410–20 days
Handover
We cook the volume and ship it in bulk or as a concentrate, with the papers for the batch. From there it is your line: bottling, packaging, label, brand.
Compose your drink
Answer five questions — we assemble the brief and pass it to our technologist. This is the first step of a beverage-development enquiry.

Where do we start?
Three scenarios: buy finished products, develop your own product, or become an Organica Mix partner.
